Concierge Practice Amenities List
Comprehensive laboratory testing prior to Annual Comprehensive Wellness Visit
- Physical Exam
- CBC, lipids, liver, kidney, thyroid, glucose, UA and PSA for men
- Can be arranged in office or at home for out of pocket fee with All Access OR Quest without an out of pocket fee - Labs paid by doctor for physical
- ECG at time of visit
- Screening Pulmonary Function Testing at time of visit
- InBody testing for %body fat and lean muscle mass
- Routine vital signs
- Advanced Cardiovascular risk Assessment with Boston Heart Labs or other testing if indicated
- End of Life Care discussion and planning
Outside of Annual Comprehensive Wellness Visit
- 30 minute office visits are typical. If you need more time, ask for more time. Visits usually start on time and you and your doctor have time to address your concerns
- Coordination with specialists referrals, when necessary
- Staff that answers calls and returns messages same day
- Refills within 24 hours
- Appointments for acute issues same day or next day
- Scheduled Annual Wellness Visits have to be scheduled in advance, typically around your birth month
- Athena Portal access which is a repository for records from ALL your providers (this is not automatic, but requires uploading and requesting records, but Surescripts interfaces with all pharmacies and CareEverywhere and MyChart are available for providers at UCSF, Sutter, Stanford, other institutions
- Your doctor's cell phone for emergencies on weekends and holidays
- Routine vaccinations in office including Influenza, Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussus, Hep A/B, Shingrix and COVID as indicated
- Respiratory Infection testing in parking lot with results in approximately one hour
- Urinary dip stick testing in office with results in approximately 15Â minutes
- Rapid Strep testing in office with results in approximately 30Â minutes
- Home visits and nursing home visits can be arranged in advance on non urgent basis
